Tool Production
Our engineers evaluate your mechanical design and provide DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and tool design. With a combined over 30 CNC machines and other machinery, our tool houses in China and Vietnam can create precision molds for products from small watch parts to large coolers.
Pilot/Trial Run
An benefit we provide for our customers is the flexibility of pilot or trial run, for the purpose of validating product design or testing market with small volume. We leverage factories to arrange in-time, full engagement trials without committing large orders or paying high premiums.
Mass Production
Our mass production service includes preparing SOP/work instructions tailored to your products to ensure quality is built through the process. We use our business with the factories to leverage them service in the same quality to your orders. There is no discrimination to startup customers with small or unstable orders.
