Supplier Sourcing & Tooling

Pilot/Trial Run

We coordinate preparation, material availability, assembly methods, work instructions, and inspection requirements. Findings are documented and reviewed with your team before ramp-up. Pilot quantities, timing, and costs are confirmed with the selected manufacturer.
Mass Production
